Our goal is to help you to be as fit and healthy as possible. We do not seek to take responsibility for your body, health and well-being away from you. We do seek to give you all the tools, skills and awareness that we know, to help you have full control over your own body, health and well-being.
We believe that movement is fundamental to human nature, and essential to the optimal functioning of many of the systems within the human body. We believe that joint health is enhanced by encouraging full range of movement; that both strength and flexibility should be a birthright; and that muscle mass (not bulk) is an important factor in our health.
