Individual (one to one) Pilates classes Ealing

If you want to take up Pilates to address a specific injury, chronic pain, or physical limitation it's essential that you start with Individual classes. We also recommend that, to get the best possible understanding of the fundamentals, everyone begins Pilates with one or two Individual classes.

Individual classes are one hour long and make use of the Pilate apparatus - Cadillac, Reformer, Wundachair, Pedipole, as well as mat exercises - tailored to exactly what you need to help you move and feel better.
